What We Confess

Confession of Faith

The Five Solas

These are the core convictions that anchor our congregation — drawn from Scripture alone, our supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

I · Sola Scriptura

Scripture alone.

The sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments are the inerrant, infallible, and sufficient Word of God — our supreme rule for faith, worship, and life. Every sermon is an expository unfolding of the Scriptures, and every practice is measured by them.

II · Sola Gratia

Grace alone.

Salvation is wholly a gift of God's unmerited favor — not earned, not deserved, not contributed to by our works. Dead in sin, we are made alive by sovereign grace alone.

III · Sola Fide

Faith alone.

We are justified before God by faith alone, apart from works of the law — trusting in the finished work of Christ and receiving His righteousness as our own.

IV · Solus Christus

Christ alone.

Jesus Christ — crucified, risen, and reigning — is the only mediator between God and man. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.

V · Soli Deo Gloria

To the glory of God alone.

Every sermon, every song, every life is offered to the glory of the triune God. From Him and through Him and to Him are all things — to Him be glory forever.
